| Pleasant surprises like this always amaze me. As I was working to whip the Corbett photo pages into shape, I received a timely message on Ancestry.com from Mike, a cousin in California, great grandson of Elizabeth and John Corbett. This is not the first time I've had the good fortune to be contacted just when I was working on of a person of interest. Mike asked me not to publish too much personal identity, so I'll just call him cousin Mike. He sent me information on the family of John and Elizabeth and several photos, which follow. These strange coincidences sometimes give me the very eerie feeling that our ancestors are watching and care that we remember our roots. | ||
