State of Alabama Lauderdale County Set[?] personally came before me Dan Williams and acting Justice of the Peace for said county Simon Williams, James Bury Senior - and John Martin, and was duly [crossed out] qualified as appraisors of the Estate of Adam Whitsett deceased - Given under my hand and Seal this 17th day of February 1825
