Ancil Bassett Whitsitt
(1859-1946) was the son of Joseph Whitsitt (1813-1892) and Elvira Foster
(1819-1872); grandson of William Whitsitt (1767-1854) and Martha Woodward;
great grandson of Samuel and Margaret Whitsitt of Montgomery County, Kentucky. |
He married first
Lurana Honeyman (1881) and second Nancy "Nannie" Demond (1905).
Ancil came to Oklahoma from Deputy, Gibson County, Indiana |
