Award ceremony for the Joint Service Commendation Medal for meritorious service from March 1978 through July 1981. The Admiral presenting the award was the Deputy Director Of The National Security Agency.

Ribbons in order of importance, top row, L-R: Joint Service Commendation medal; Air Force Commendation Medal; Air Force Outstanding Unit Award; middle: Good Conduct Medal with 5 oak leaf clusters (1 silver=5 bronze); National Defense Service Medal; Vietnam Service Medal with three service stars; Air Force Longevity Service Ribbon with four oak leaf clusters (I never put the forth one on); Expert Marksmanship ribbon; Vietnam Campaign Medal.
